At Ray Al Mon we want you to absolutely love your purchase! We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, which is why we offer returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

Return Requirements & Eligibility
To receive store credit, all returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any stains or odors, with all original tags attached.
The following items are final sale and strictly exempt from returns or exchanges:
- Sale items & purchases made using a discount code
- Bodysuits
- White clothing items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at shoprayalmon@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your package.
Include your order number, date of purchase, and the reason for your return. (Please attach photos if you are reporting an issue).
Our team will review your request and reply within 48-72 business hours with our return shipping address.
